At ReliquiasNobles, each item is produced on demand, inspired by historical machines and crafted exclusively for our customers.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Because each item is custom made, returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues cannot be accepted.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.


How to request a refund or replacement

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect or damage

Do not return any item without contacting us first. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Sale items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or production errors.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.


Shipping

Return shipping is not required unless explicitly requested. In most approved cases, replacements or refunds are processed without requiring the item to be sent back.
